Sign-ups for Knollwood's Swim Team has opened for the 2013 summer. The official deadline is April 28, with a registration event being held at Planter's Row Pool – a partner with the Knollwood and Brookside communities. 

The fees this year are $75 for the first swimmer, $65 for the second child and $55 for each additional sibling.

Practices begin May 13. Practice will be held from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Knollwood Monday-Thursday with additional practice times offered by Planter's Row and Brookside. Swim Meets begin May 30. If you have any questions, call Tammy Goodlett at 864-593-0599.

Last year we spent months formulating a Community Vision for Knollwood Heights. Some goals are indeed lofty while others are quite manageable. To move forward, we need solutions.

A neighborhood Easter Egg Hunt will take place March 23 at Knollwood Pool. The hunt begins at 11 a.m. and is open to children 12 and under. All children must be accompanied by an adult and should bring a basket or bag in which to put eggs.
 
The Knollwood Neighborhood Association will also have pizza, drinks and cookies available for purchase. 
 
If you would like to donate a dozen candy filled plastic eggs or would like to volunteer to help with the egg hunt, please contact Patty Aldebol at (864) 288-9585.
 
In case of inclement weather, the egg hunt will be rescheduled for Saturday, Marcy 30.
