Annual Campaign Drive

11/11/2019

Dear Neighbor,

It’s that time again! November marks the annual $40 renewal for membership in the Knollwood Neighborhood Association. Thank you in advance for your generosity! We hope you will continue to give and encourage your neighbors to join.

I have some wonderful news to share with you! Because of you and your awesome neighbors, our current budget is more than $6,000.00. This is an amazing achievement, and it shows how you value our wonderful neighborhood.

Your dollars go toward maintaining the landscaping of our entranceways, plus save for larger projects down the road. In years past, we’ve put funds toward fixing the sign on Edgewood, planting shrubs and trees at the entrance near the old World Auto of Greenville, and installing a new Knollwood sign at that entrance.

We realize how easy it can be to read this and think, “Maybe I’ll skip this year.” We hope not. Year-after-year we try to be great stewards of the donations you’ve made. And as our funds continue to grow, what could our next big project be? Start thinking about that. J We’re planning a community meeting for January 2020 to discuss and brainstorm ideas.

If you are new to Knollwood or are unfamiliar with the Knollwood Neighborhood Association, we encourage you to visit www.KnollwoodHeights.com. The association is a voluntary organization and is not a home owner’s association. Throughout the year, the association hosts community events, underwrites entrance maintenance, and leads fundraisers to enhance the quality of life within our neighborhood.

Please send your membership form and annual $40 donation within the pre-stamped envelope. Checks may be made to Knollwood Neighborhood Association.

One final thought: The four of us have been at this a long time J. If you are interested in serving on the KNA board, please contact us! We’d love to have some new neighbors serve and lead the Knollwood Neighborhood Association.

Sincerely,
