“Coming together is a beginning, staying together is progress, and working together is success.” – Henry Ford
November and December is our time for our Annual Appeal of $40 per family. When you participate in the appeal, you bring the love of our neighborhood to the forefront. Your gift enables the upkeep and maintenance of our entranceways, supports spirited neighborhood events and helps raise money for special projects to enhance the quality of life and beauty of Knollwood.
When we say “gift,” we mean it. The Knollwood Neighborhood Association is not a homeowners association. Participation is voluntary. But thanks to generous donations year in and year out, we currently have a balance of more than $7,500. For that, we are so incredibly grateful, and we ask that you continue to make your annual pledge. It’s always easy to say, “I’ll skip this year,” but it is the annual support that will enable us to bring on new projects. We had many awesome ideas at a neighborhood meeting held earlier this year. Your annual support enables us to raise funds and make progress toward those goals.
Please send your membership form and annual $40 donation within the pre-stamped envelope. Checks may be made to Knollwood Neighborhood Association. If you are new to Knollwood or are unfamiliar with the Knollwood Neighborhood Association, we encourage you to visit KnollwoodHeights.com. If you would like to serve on the KNA board, please contact us. We would love to have some new neighbors on the board!
Finally, we look forward to seeing you real soon. We had a great turnout at our recent Fall Festival which has inspired us to plan for a NEW event (or two) before the year ends. Stay tuned for details!
Remember this: When we all come together, it provides an opportunity far greater than one person could possibly do alone!
Thank you for your support,
